In 2013 Elliott and Bunn are celebrating 50 years of letting and managing properties in Mid Sussex. Whilst some estate agents have a letting department as a sideline to their main aim of selling houses, Elliott and Bunn are solely dedicated to letting and managing and provide a more reliable service by experienced staff.

Elliott and Bunn are constantly updating their systems to ensure Landlords and Tenants get the best service. They pride themselves on the quality of their property details, providing many photos, floor plans, room sizes and an energy performance certificate. Having seen the details tenants are often able to decide they want to rent a house even before seeing it.

There are many properties Elliott and Bunn have been looking after successfully for decades and even some past tenants who have gone on to become landlords themselves. Elliott and Bunn covers Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, Lindfield, Chailey, Ansty, Ardingly, Wivelsfield, and all the rural areas between.

The staff at Elliott and Bunn have many years experience in letting and property management and have an intimate knowledge of the area. They are experienced in dealing with everything from property renovation to the complexities of the Housing Acts.
